1 stick softened butter
1 heaping Tblsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 to 4 cloves garlic (pressed through a garlic press)
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 loaf sourdough bread

Directions:

Slice loaf of sourdough lengthwise. Mix all ingredients together and spread evenly on the face of the bread. Place on cookie sheet (covered in aluminum foil for easy cleanup) and broil until golden brown.
