Brown sausage in small pan and drain grease. Mix in cream cheese. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill the cavities with the sausage and cream cheese mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle mushrooms with shredded cheese. Put in the oven just until cheese is melted. Watch carefully...it doesn't take long. Serve hot.
