1 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. soda
2 1/4 c. flour
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350.
