1-1/2 cups beer (12 ounces)

Directions:
Mix flour and beer and let set at least 3 hours before frying. Dip onion rings in batter and fry until brown. May be kept warm in 200 oven or frozen and reheated in 200 oven for 5 or 6 minutes. Can be refrozen more than once.
