1 pkg. instant French Vanilla
11/2 c cold milk
1 c cool whip
1/2 to 3/4 tsp almond extract
8 oz cool whip
3 c assorted fruit (strawberries, grapes, raspberries, blueberries; mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream and extract until stiff peaks form. Fold into pudding. Spoon into a shallow 2 quart serving dish. Chill. Top with fruit just before serving. Yields 8 serving. This dish is also very nice done in individual custard dishes top with fruit and serve it is easier to serve in individual dishes also.
