1 6 oz. pkg semi-sweet choc chips (2 cups) 1 square unsweetened chocolate 1/3 cup butter/oleo 2 cups powdered sugar 2 cans (5 oz size) evaporated milk 1 tsp vanilla
Microwave chocolate and butter 2-3 minutes. Stir in everything else except vanilla. Beat with mixer until smooth. Microwave 7-9 minutes on high until bubbly. Add vanilla. Serve over homemade ice cream, cake, etc.
