3 c. flour
1 c. lard (can use Crisco)
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
5 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cut the lard into flour and salt mixture. Mix in a seperate bowl the water, vinegar and egg. Mix this with the flour and lard mixture.
