4 oz sliced onions
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c olive oil
2 c diced peeled potatoes
2 c cooked corned beef in 1: cubes
2 c cut green beans
1 c bouillon
salt and pepper
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and garlic in the oil 2 to 3 minutes. Add potato and beef and cook 5 minutes. Add beans and bouillon. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, adding a little water if necessary. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
