6 chicken legs
oil
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 can tomato sauce
salt
pepper
minced garlic
spaghetti noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough oil to cover the bottom of your pot. (can add half oil, half olive oil.) Salt and pepper chicken.When oil it hot, braze the chicken legs for a few minutes or until they're a little brown. Add boiling water, tomatos sauce, and a little minced garlic. Simmer until chicken is tender. Take chicken out and de-bone. But chicken back and add noodles. Cook until tender.
