Any size roast.
Seasoned the way you like it.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put roast into oven for 1 hour. Turn oven off. DO NOT OPEN OVEN! Determine dinner time. Turn oven back on at 325 degrees and roast 45 minutes prior to serving. Works perfect every time. Medium rare.
