1 1/2 cup butter
2 1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
3 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, eggs, and sugar. Gradually add dry ingredients. Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Roll dough in balls, then roll balls in a mix of sugar and cinnamon. Bake 400 8-10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
