2 cups brown sugar
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour



Gob Filling:
1 box vanilla pudding
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup shortening( 1/2 marg., 1/2 crisco)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, oil, eggs,and pumpkin. Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Drop by tablespoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 12-15 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until thick enough to spread. Do not overmix.

Fill gobs and enjoy!!
