1 peck green tomatoes
5 pounds brown sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 pounds raisins
1-1/2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons allspice
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop fine green tomatoes and let drain. Add brown sugar, nutmeg, raisins, allspice, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Cook 3 to 4 hours. 20 minutes before taking from heat, add vinegar. Seal in hot jars.
