12 egg yolks
1 pound powdered sugar
2 cups dark rum
2 cups brandy
2 cups light rum
2 quarts light cream
1 cup apricot brandy
12 egg whites
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks until light; beat in powdered sugar; add 2 cups dark rum; beat well and refrigerate 2 hours; add brandy, light rum, and apricot brandy. Chill until needed. Just before serving, beat egg whites to soft peaks; fold into cream and combine with chilled yolk-liquor mixture. Pour into punch bowl.
Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.

This is very good but very strong. Highly recommend you do not let anyone drive after drinking it.
