2 eggs (separated)
1 cup sourcream
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cardomom (not optional - makes these extra delicious!)
1/2 cup oil
1-1/2 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and fold in egg whites.
Use a greased waffle iron. Cook on each side for 5 minutes or until done.
