2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
2 cans green beans
1-1/2 cups Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon minced onion
TOPPING
1/2 cup bread crumb
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, pepper, onion, sugar, sour cream, butter (melt), heat till thick, add beans, place in casserole, cover with Swiss Cheese, Brown bread crumbs with butter and spread on top of cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
