1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 egg - well beaten
1 1/1 c. sugar
1 Tbs flour
5 slices of bread
6 Tbs butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple, egg, sugar and flour, and put mixture into a casserole. Bake at 325F for 15 min. Cube the bread and brown lightly in butter, stirring lightly. When browned, put on top of the pineapple and bake an additional 1/2 hour.
