1 cup hot water
2 quarts cold water

Disssolve jello in hot water, add cold water. Place in refrigerator to chill or pour over ice cubes. Makes: 8-10 glasses Prep: 5 min.

A friend told me about this when my kids were small, and the kids loved it and sipped on it all day. Adults like it too. Helps keep people hydrated when they don't want to eat or drink much. Serious or developing dehydration may require something else.
