1 box frozen spinach
2 medium onions - chopped
1 can evaporated milk
8 oz feta cheese
6 eggs
garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook spinach until separated. Drain well and pat dry with paper towel. 2. Saute chopped onion in 2 Tbs. oil. 3. Beat eggs and add evaporated milk. 4. Put Pillsbury© pie crust in each pie pan. 5. Put drained spinach and onion in each pan. 6. Crumble feta cheese on top. 7. Pour egg and milk mixture in each pan. 8. Bake at 325ºF ~45 min. Knife will come out clean.
