6 large slices rye bread
prepared mustard
1 can sauerkraut, drained
12 slices cooked coned beef
12 slices swiss or muenster cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread bread thinly with mustard. Divide sauerkraut evenly on bread. Arrange 2 slices of beef on each and top with 2 slices of cheese. Broil 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
