1/4 c mayonnaise
2 tbsp dairy sour cream
2 dill pickles chopped fine
2 tsp minced capers
4 hero rolls, split
lettuce leaves
4 serving thinly sliced cooked corned beef
3 tomatoes sliced
4 tbsp finely chopped green onions
salt and pepper
1 cucumber peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and spread on both halves of rolls. Cover bottom halves with lettuce, beef and tomato slices. Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp green onion and salt and pepper. Top with cucumber slices and season. Cover with top halves of rolls.
