Ingredients:  
1/2 lb American cheese, grated
1/2 lb butter
2 c chopped pecans
2 c sifted flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter to room temperature. Mix butter and grated cheese. Add flour, pecans, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Knead well and make small patties, about a tbsp each. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 350.
