1 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c grape juice
1/3 c pineapple juice
1/2 c crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c seedless raisins
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; cook 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold over ham - also good on any other pork dish.
