1 bag chocolate chips
1 lb good butter
2 c sugar
3 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Finely ground almonds to sprinkle on chocolate.
Cook last three above to 250 degrees on candy thermometer without stirring. Add 2 cups coarsely chopped almonds and stir continuously to 300 degrees. Pour onto marble slab let cool 2 minutes or less and turn over, spread with half melted chocolate chips and sprinkle with finely grounded almonds turn over and repeat, chocolate and nuts. Let chocolate harden, will take several hours then break into desired piece size. Freezes well.
