1 (3 oz) pkg cherry-flavored gelatin
1 c hot water
1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c diced celery
1/4 c chopped pecans
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in water. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Break up cranberry sauce with a fork. Fold into gelatin along with celery and pecans. Fold in sour cream. Pour into a 1 qt mold; chill until firm. Serve on salad greens.
