1 (18 1/2 oz) pkg white cake mix
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 c sour cream
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 (8 oz) pkg frozen coconut, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake as directed on pkg, adding oil. Pour into 2 or 3 layer pans. Cool. If there are 2 layers, split each layer in half. Combine remaining ingredients, blending well. Fill and frost cake with mixture. Cover and refrigerate 3 days before cutting. Yield - one 3 or 4 layer cake.
