1 carton frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
2 cartons small curd cottage cheese
1 stick oleo
6 tbsp flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cut up fine)
6 eggs beaten until fluffy
pimento for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients together, except eggs. Add eggs last, put in baking dish and garnish with pimento. Bake 1 hour at 325.
