3 Golden Delicious Apples
3 T flour
1 T cornstarch
1 egg white
Vegetable Oil
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cofre apples, cut each one into 6 slices.
Sprinkle lightly with flour
Mix flour, corstarch, egg white and enough water to make a thick batter. Dip apple slicers in batter and fry in wok filled with oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
