1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts. 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. grated parmesean cheese 1/2 t. garlic powder
Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend. Put in greased casserole and bake at 350º for twenty minutes. Serves with crackers or fresh cut veggies.
