8oz. of good quality crumbled blue cheese 1c. of Hellman's mayonnaise 1/2c. of sour cream 1T. distilled white vinegar 1/4c. minced onion 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Put all of the ingredients into a bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Can be kept in the fridge covered for several days. Serve with celery sticks. Goes great with Joey's Hot Wings.
