3-1/2 cups water
1-1/2 cups converted rice
1/4 cup butter
(Can season with salt, pepper, Lawery's or any other spices to taste. You can also add broth and leave out the butter.)

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients in a casserole bowl and cover.
Bake at 350 for approximately one hour.
