1 lb. of fresh sea scallops
1 small bag of salad shrimp
3/4 c. lime juice
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. mustard seed
salt and pepper to taste
3 avacados
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. French dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the scallops and shrimp with the lime juice, cilantro, mustard seed, salt and pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. ( The lime juice will "cook" the scallops and shrimp.) The next day dice the avacados. Mix in with seafood mixture. Add the lemon juice and French dressing.

French Dressing:
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 t 1/3 c. olive oil
pinch of prepared mustard (optional)
fresh lemon juice can be substituted for wine vinegar.
