4 bonelesss, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 c. skim milk
1/3 c. grated Romano cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
1 egg
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, blend egg and skim milk. In another bowl mix bread crumbs, Romano cheese, parsley and oregano. Heat non-stick skillet with olive oil. Dip chicken into egg/milk, then into bread crumbs. Place in skillet. Fry over low heat approximately 10 minutes on each side.
