3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp.fresh parsley
dash of salt
dash fresh pepper
1 c.milk
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
Herbs De Provence

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. In a greased muffin tin pour batter 3/4 of the way full and bake in a 400 oven for 15-20 minutes or until browned.

Herbs De Provence can be purchased at any grocery store or you can blend your own. Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Tarragon and Fennel are the main spices.
