3 ripe avocados 4 small bananas 2 tbs mayonnaise 1 tsp sugar juice of 1 lemon lettuce leaves
Cut avacados into halves. Slip halves off seed. Pull away peeling and dice. Peel bananas and dice. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar. Toss with bananas and avocados. Serve chilled on crisp lettuce leaves.
