For the body of the turkey use a big marshmallow. the feet are toothpick halves and these you stick into a sugar cookie to hold the turkey in a standing position. The neck is a toothpick with raisins slipped on it. The head is make of more raisins stuck together with bits of a toothpick. The comb of the turkey is make with a piece of red cranberry. The tail has toothpicks filled with raisins and are grouped together to form a fan. The ends of these are stuck into the back of the marshmallow body. Fasten the marshmallow body and toothpick feet to the cookie first and then make the turkey's neck and head. The tail should be the last for the toothpicks have to be stuck into the marshmallow carefully so the turkey will balance and not tip over.
