12 oz. linguine
1/4 c Chinese sesame oil
4 T soy sauce
1/2 t minced garlic
1/2 c minced watercress
1 t hot chili oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguini to al dente stage, drain well and toss with remaining ingredients. Chill for several hours, preferable over night.
