1 lg can whole tomatoes or 4 large tomatoes
3 c. hot and spicy vegetable juice
2 c. chopped, seeded, peeled cucumber
1 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 T Worcestershire sauce
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Seed and coarsely chop tomatoes. Transfer to large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley. Working in batches, blend mixture to course puree in blender. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until cold.
