9 inch pastry lined pie plate 2 3oz cans french fried onions 3 eggs 1 1/2 c milk 1 t. salt Dash pepper 1 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
Empty onions into pastry lined pie plate. Beat eggs; beat in milk; salt and pepper. Pour mixture over onions. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake an additional 15 mins or until custard if set. Cool slightly before cutting.
