12 Blintzes 3/4 c. melted butter 4 eggs beaten 1 t. vanilla 1/4 c sugar 1/8 . orange juice 1 1/2 c. sour cream
Mix eggs. vanilla, sugar, orange juice, and sour cream in blender. Grease casserole dish. Roll blintzes in melted butter. Line bottom of casserole dish with blintzes. Cover with blender mix. Bake covered at 350º for 1 hour. Uncover to brown for 15 mins.
May be 1/2 done and then refrigerated or frozen and finished later.
