12 Blintzes
3/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs beaten
1 t. vanilla
1/4 c sugar
1/8 . orange juice
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs. vanilla, sugar, orange juice, and sour cream in blender. Grease casserole dish. Roll blintzes in melted butter. Line bottom of casserole dish with blintzes. Cover with blender mix. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover to brown for 15 mins.
