6 cups oatmeal 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup wheat bran 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup canola oil 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix oatmeal, wheat germ, wheat bran & cinnamon in a large bowl. Warm honey & canola oil until you can mix well. Pour over the oatmeal mixture, add vanilla, mix, pour into a shallow baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
