2 c milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp shortening
1/2 c raisins
1/2 chopped almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler, over simmering water, melt the chocolate chips and shortening. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in raisins and almonds. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper. Chill until ready to serve. Yield: 24 cookies
