1/2 cup flour (I use 1/2 whole wheat) 1/2 cup quick cooking oats 3/4 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup milk 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg
Put all ingredients in blender or mixer and beat. You may need to double as they go quickly. The batter is thin, so if your family likes thicker pancakes add more flour.
