1 1b. pork tenderloin
2 T brown sugar
1/2 t Five Spice powder
1/4 Salt
1/8 t ground pepper
Cooking spray
1 T hoisin sauce
1 T orange joice
1/2 t dark sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400. Trim fat from pork. Combine sugar and next three ingredients. Place pork on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes. Combine hoisin, orange juice, and oil in a small bowl. Brush over tenderloin. Bake for an additional 15 mins or until thermometer registers 160.
