2 T canola oil
1 onion chopped fine
1 cove garlic, minced
1/2 chopped celery
3/4 cup of water
1 c. catsup
2 T vinegar
2 T lemon juice
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, onion,garlic,celery; cook until tender.

Add remaining ingredients; simmer 20 minutes.
