6 sweet potatoes halved
2 tbsp. orange zest
1/2 cup orange juice
2/3 cup toasted pecans chopped
pinch of cayenne
1/2 cup candied ginger
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place in pan cut side down & bake for 30 minutes, cool and scoop out potatoes, puree with orange juice, add remaining ingredients. Return to shells and place in baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve on heated dish. Serves: 10-12 (1/2 potato each)
