1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c sour cream
3 oz dried beef, finely chopped
2 tbls chopped green pepper
1 tsp dried green pepper (optional)
1 1/2 tbls minced onions
Pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a 1-qt baking dish. Bake at 375, uncovered for 30 min, or until hot. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers. Yield: 2 cups Prep: 40 min.
