Salad Oil 1 and 1/2 Cup
Worchesteshire Sauce 1/4 Cup
Salt 2 and 1/4 tsp
1/2 Cup wine vinegar
3/4 C soy Sauce
2 Tbs Dry Mustard
1 tsp pepper
1.5 tsp parsley
1/3 C Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic (our family needs more)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate 4-6 Pork Chops several hours or overnight. Cook chops on grill. Marinate can be used a second time so store in the freezer.
