Graham Cracker Crust
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs separated
3 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 pint sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9" spring form pan with a basic graham cracker crust(Most cracker crumb boxes will have a recipe on it). Blend softened cream cheese and sugar. Add egg yolks. Stir in vanilla and lemon juice. Beat egg whites in separate bowl to soft peaks; fold into cheese mixture. Pour over crust and bake in 325 oven for 45-50 minutes. Turn oven off, prop open the door and allow cake to remain in over for another hour. Cool in refrigerator. Before serving whip cream with a mixer and fold in sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Put on top of cheesecake. If desired top with strawberries.
