3 8oz cream cheese

4 stalks green onion
1 8ct pkg burrito size flour tortillas
OR 1 lg can whole jalapenos

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, chiles, jalapenos, bacon and chopped green onions until creamy(I use my mixer to make smooth but can beat by hand). Spread onto flour tortilla and roll up. Wrap with Saran and chill until ready to serve then slice and serve with picante sauce. If making stuffed peppers slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and deseed. Spoon in cream cheese mixture into jalapeno halves. If you feel creative you can use a pastry bag decorator thingie and make them pretty.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you do not like them hot you can eliminate the sm can of diced jalapenos and use a lg can of chiles instead.
